An increasing number of Malaysians are becoming overweight, which can lead to many serious health problems, even premature death. Here we list some of helpful ideas which can help you to prevent from obese.


I.   Follow a healthy eating habits and healthy diet foods

What to eat and how ?
  • Eat more fruits and vegetables,nuts, seeds, beans
  • Use plant oils such as olive and other vegetable-based oils
  • Eat healthful sources of protein such as fish and poultry
